Hell Run

Hal Higdon's Novice 1 Marathon Training Schedule: Week 13, Day 3

Planned Activity: 9 miles
9.02 miles 1:53:21 4:40 am 12:34 pace 57degrees
Days to Chevron Houston Marathon: 38

That's the only way I can describe it.  It hurt.  I tried to bail out on myself at 3 different points.  I didn't.  I finished.
